In regards to the last part (I know its a little off the subject), but do you believe, and if soo why, is wine touched by a non-observant more precisely non-shomer Shabb-t Jew forbidden as well (to drink, but can sell like a mohamadean).
That is what at least I hear from a number of people (and Rabbis).
