Should I say a bracha upon building my sukkah?

Answer

Yes. In accordance with the Talmud Yerushalmi the appropriate bracha to say upon building one's sukkah is "asher kideshanu bemitzvotav vetzivanu la'asoth sukkah".

Is this Bracha said just before starting in the building process, in between or at the end when putting on the Skach. Also how about when it takes some days to build the Sukkah does one make a Bracha at the beginning, middle or end of each day (or time) its being built. Also how about when more then 1 person builds it, does only the Baal Habayit make the Bracha or each person helping?
